Ayfer ORHAN, one of the founders of our company, graduated From the department of physics at Istanbul Universityin 2001 and completed the englsh MBA program at Yeditepe University in 2008. Her bussines life started in 2002 at TML Construction  that an internationally well- established construction company.  TML is company that has succesfully completed superstructure, port, buildings and industrial projects. She worked in all purchasing and logistics processes in this company, starting from the lowest level to managerial level. She managed both the purchasing and logistics processes of different type of materials required by the projects from locally and abroad. 

She also involved in the qulity control process (ISO, OHSAS, Loyd Reg)in the company with a corporate structure.

In 2009, he transfer to Cukurova Constraction to take a different direction in her carrier.

In 2010, She added offshore platform project procurement to her experience with job experience in ILK Construction.

Establishing Algoritma Foreign Trade Company in 2017, She contunies her Professional life as a freelancer. She contunies to manage the domestic and international supply of technical materials and logistics operation to Defence, Maritime and Construction Companies.

She received training on contracting, purhasing, foreign trade and LC management related to professinal development. She still contunies her academis training in order to follow the developments in the sector and technological changes with Bogazici University.
